Take A Break

When software testing duties blow out of proportion, when critical bug reports suddenly appear left and right and the software tester suddenly finds herself cornered doing reactive work, when the only thing left pumping energy is adrenaline, when overtime work feels inevitable, when work starts to become a burden against creativity, insight, health, and the idea of a life well lived, finish the day and then take a break. Please.

Personal well-being is often underrated, when longevity is one of the things a remarkable software tester needs to continue being an asset.
