Always Personal

Software testing work is always personal, the tester’s day-to-day output is reflected by her state of mind at the time. The things she decides to do (or not do) shows what she prioritizes, the responsibilities she chooses (or refuses to choose) displays her courage (or lack thereof). Her success in the field is a measure of her dedication to quality work, with the definition of success not limited to just following orders or working long hours or promotion.

And personal means there’s lots of challenges ahead.
