Forethought

The experienced software tester is valuable because she is most likely to have developed forethought about the testing work she faces every day. She knows the development process in the company where she works, she recognizes the places where most software loopholes appear, she anticipates the things that can happen next as new feature requirements are being built in transition and as such she is prepared when they come true.

This means she’s made many experiments and mistakes before and has learned from them (bit by bit) as time went on in the workplace.
