Three Years and Still No Expert

I’ve worked for two companies (still working for the second) and countless development projects as a software tester. I’ve seen and continue to see what happens during the software development life cycle. I’ve learned what processes succeed and fail. I’ve developed a knack for the work, embracing the good and bad surprises it brings. It’s been a roller coaster ride.

Three years into software testing, I’m still no expert in the field.

This blog is a collection of my thoughts about the job and the experiences that I’ve come to accept and/or remark on, thoughtfully written for other software testers. This blog is a learning place as well, where I try to think more about how I can build on my current set of skills. Hello world. 🙂
